This morning i got up and worked out at 5am. I did the stationary bike and elliptical. I also lifted today , worked on my lower half. Legs/quads/hamstrings. I feel good!!

Guess where I am? Yup at the gym, where’s ty? In bed?! Lol he promised me would go at 5am. Well when 5am rolled around I got the “baby I didn’t get any sleep, with it bein too hot n u rollin over a lot” oooh no mr. We went to sleep at the same time AND he had a 3 day weekend and i had to work on Monday. Suck it up!

So I came by myself cause I was determined 🙂 lol. Ugh men suck some days lol

We have been waking up at 5am to go workout before work. Man, I tried to stay up late last night but we literally passed out!. I just got up ..but.. him?…not so much lol. He is still knocked out and we got mad stuff to do today. Hitting the gym is first today. Wow where did the weekend go?.. no really?

22 to go!!! *yep these are ty’s sweatpants* they comfy and im a tomboy at heart lol.

Eating: In the mornings at work, i eat one pack of instant oatmeal thats 100 cals and i eat 1% milk. Makes my meal about 240 cals for breakfast and with little packs of sugar makes it about a total of 280 cals for breakfast.
Lunch: at work, its a salad, or lean pocket, or ill bring in some campbell soup.
Dinner:Baked chicken with veggies. My dinner is usually about 300-400 cals total. I dont crave as much anymore. My body is getting used to having lower calories.

Gym: I did spinning class this week with my friend Janessa,I love spinning and i worked out 5 days straight!

Lost 4lbs so far….”woot woot!”

I switched to instant oatmeal and use water instead of millk and splenda instead of sugar. Just to cut down my morning calories. Also working out and staying within my calorie budget.

Ok after fudging it a bit, me and Ty decided it was time to get back into the gym seriously though. Well he’s in it for a contest lol, and I’ve been feeling a bit oompaloopa-ish lately sooooo lol back to the grind. Burned 621 cals today from the Stairmaster and elliptical. Tomorrow I lift weights. Have you ever been afraid to weigh yourself? I have 😦 lol. My goal is to hit the gym hard for two weeks, THEN weigh myself cause I think if I weigh myself now, ill cry lol!. Well I’ll post tomorrow about my gym updates.
