Its easy to be obese, seriously. With Mcdonalds “dollar menu”, you can pay a total of 5 bucks for about 4000 cals. Thats 1 lb and some more…
Its more expensive to eat healthy. Especially now that food costs went up. Fruits/Veggies/Meat. It all went up and the economy’s current condition is the reason behind it. Ughhh
