Weightloss update 1/26/08

YAY!

22 to go!!! *yep these are ty’s sweatpants* they comfy and im a tomboy at heart lol.

Eating: In the mornings at work, i eat one pack of instant oatmeal thats 100 cals and i eat 1% milk. Makes my meal about 240 cals for breakfast and with little packs of sugar makes it about a total of 280 cals for breakfast.
Lunch: at work, its a salad, or lean pocket, or ill bring in some campbell soup.
Dinner:Baked chicken with veggies. My dinner is usually about 300-400 cals total. I dont crave as much anymore. My body is getting used to having lower calories.

Gym: I did spinning class this week with my friend Janessa,I love spinning and i worked out 5 days straight!

Lost 4lbs so far….”woot woot!”

I switched to instant oatmeal and use water instead of millk and splenda instead of sugar. Just to cut down my morning calories. Also working out and staying within my calorie budget.
